What’s included in your promotional video package?
Our packages usually cover pre-production planning, filming, editing, and delivery in the formats you need. Extras such as drone shots, subtitles or voiceovers for example can also be added to enhance your video.

Why are case studies important for my business?
They build trust by showing real results with real clients. Case studies demonstrate your expertise and give potential customers confidence that you can deliver similar success for them.
Will you interview my clients for the case study?
No we don’t interview your clients directly. We’ve found that it works best when the information comes from you, since you know your client relationships inside out. This also avoids putting extra pressure on your clients and ensures sensitive details stay within your control.
How long should a case study be?
A video case study works best at around 3–5 minutes — long enough to explain the challenge, solution, and results, but short enough to keep viewers engaged.

Do I need to prepare my space before the shoot?
Yes. Make sure your location is tidy, well-lit, and ready for photography. We handle the rest with professional 360° equipment.
What’s included in a 360° virtual tour package?
Packages usually include professional 360° photography, interactive hotspots, branding, editing, and delivery in formats suitable for web, social media, and Google.
what time is best to shoot?
The best time is when your space has optimal natural light and minimal foot traffic.
Where do the sessions take place?
My photography style is natural and relaxed, often captured outdoors around a natural settings. Indoor sessions are equally great. I’m happy to shoot at a location of your choice or in a studio for a more controlled environment.

Do you retouch the photos?
Yes. All final images are professionally edited for lighting, colour, and minor touch-ups. You can purchase the RAW files to edit yourself although they come at a fee.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
Wear something you feel confident and comfortable in. Solid colours usually work best, and I’m happy to give styling guidance beforehand. Location will also play a factor in clothing.
How long does a portrait session last?
Most sessions last 1–3 hours, depending on the package and number of looks/outfits.
When will I get my photos back?
Turnaround is usually 1 - 2 weeks, depending on editing requirements. I’ll give you a clear timeline after your shoot.
